Exchange and Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide the best possible shopping experience by offering a fair and transparent return and exchange policy, subject to the following terms and conditions.
Customers may request an exchange within 3 days from the date of receiving their order.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be returned in its original condition, including the original packaging, user manual, and all accessories.
- The product must be unused, and the original packaging and seal must remain intact.
- Coffee products and coffee beans are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, as they are classified as food items and are susceptible to temperature and humidity changes.
- If the product meets all return or exchange requirements, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Products damaged as a result of misuse, negligence, or improper handling are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return shipping fee: SAR 30.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 2–10 business days after the returned shipment is received and inspected. The applicable shipping charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed and the customer has received an order confirmation indicating that fulfillment has begun.
If a cancellation is requested after the shipping label has been issued, a shipping fee of SAR 35 will be deducted.
- If the customer fails to receive the shipment and it is returned by the shipping carrier, the customer will not be entitled to a full refund. A return shipping fee of SAR 35 will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Damaged or Incomplete Orders
If the customer receives a damaged, defective, or incomplete order, the following procedures apply:
- The issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the shipment using one of our available customer support channels.
- Clear photos of the product, along with a detailed deion of the issue, must be provided.
- We will inspect and verify the reported issue before approving or rejecting the return or exchange request. If the claim is approved, the store will cover the cost of collecting the item and shipping the correct replacement.
- Defective or damaged products cannot be exchanged for a different product unless the original item is out of stock. In such cases, we will contact the customer to discuss the available alternatives.
- Approved refunds for damaged or defective items will be processed within 2–10 business days after the returned shipment has been received and inspected.
